About Paula Nedder

Attorney Paula Nedder
With over 27 years of experience, Paula practices in several disciplines including: estate planning for all ages, probate and administration, elder law, Medicaid / MassHealth application and long term care planning.
Paula is currently a Director on the Board of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Caring deeply about equity and inclusion, she is currently the Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the former Chair of Publications.
Paula firmly believes in access to legal services for all and serves as a Director on the Board of MetroWest Legal Services. MetroWest Legal Services organization provides free, civil legal representation to low-income residents and victims of crimes who would otherwise be denied justice.
As a former Assistant District Attorney for Norfolk County, Paula was recognized by District Attorney William Keating for her service to the Office and the people of Norfolk County for prosecution of domestic violence and sexual assault cases.
